Sometimes new ideas are easier to grasp when you see them drawn. Image condensation can be utilized during the idea development phase or when communicating a new concept.

Salla Lehtipuu, Kuvakiteyttäjä® (Graphic recorder), became familiar with visual illustration in 2011, acting as a pioneer in Finland in fields such as producing animated sketch videos.
She has a background in both business and art.
A graphic recorder brings these two worlds together.A graphic facilitator is an impartial listener and translator who identifies the key points from spoken or written material and visualizes them as a memorable whole.
Visual facilitation is a visual method used to make things visible and understandable that might otherwise remain hidden.

Graphic recording
Drawn notes bring your event to life and enhance learning! I create live illustrations on paper and digitally, and live illustration is also possible remotely. The audience benefits from seeing both the creative process and the finished result.
Graphic recording and visual facilitation also work as part of strategy or service design processes.
I can either work alongside a facilitator as the visual recorder, or take on the role of visual facilitator and lead the process myself.
Visual illustration and illustrated videos
I create visual illustrations and illustrated videos. My work has been used in internal communications and marketing, as visual support for presentations, as wall graphics and exhibition displays, and in books.
An illustrated video shows a drawing taking shape in fast motion, using moving images and sound to tell the story.
Strategy illustration
How to ensure a strategy is mutually understood, easy to communicate, and memorable?
Strategy illustration can be created live, for example at a new strategy launch or workshop, or developed through a visual crystallization process. Together, we explore and refine the metaphors and visual elements that best express and bring our shared vision to life.
Through visual illustration, the strategy becomes a concrete shared image, made visible to the community. Strategy illustrations are mostly treated as confidential.
Trainings
I believe it is possible for everyone to learn visual logic and to draw simple figures that can be used to help with personal notes, as a tool for visual facilitation, and to support one's own thinking..
My principles in courses are learning by doing, the joy of realization, and dialogism. Join an open course or order training for your workplace!

Drawing and learning are for everyone!
My goal is to support different ways of learning through visual communication. Live illustration gives large audiences a visual memory of an event, while visual crystallization transforms content that may feel dull or complex into something easier to understand, more engaging, and more inviting.
