What is Visual Facilitation?
My Illustrations turns information into a visual story, combining illustration with text, metaphors, and visual thinking.
The goal is to make complex information easier to understand by organizing it into a clear visual structure. Illustrations can be created around strategies, project outcomes, or the history of a company or individual.
How My Process Works?

What is the topic or message you want to communicate? What key elements should the visual contain? You can create a rough outline or mind map of the content you would like to include. Contact a visual note-taker, and we can work together to determine what information is most important to highlight.

I create both illustrations and drawing videos. Where and how do you plan to communicate your message?
Tapaaminen
During our meeting, we’ll define the goals and content of the video or visual. The illustration or video can also be created live during the meeting, using a live-illustration approach. Alternatively, the meeting can be used to gather notes and ideas that will serve as the basis for the sketches.

After the meeting, the drafts will be sent to you for approval. For drawing videos, a test video will also be created. For illustrations, one round of feedback is included at this stage.
Valmis kuvakiteytys
Once it’s ready, I’ll deliver the finished visual via Google Drive. If needed, I can still make small adjustments to the final image or video.
What Determines the Price?
Pricing
The price of an illustration depends on how it is produced, the time involved, the extent of the usage rights, and the scope of the project. Simple individual illustrations generally range from a few hundred euros, while more complex visuals are typically around €1,000. Drawing videos are priced in the range of several thousand euros, reflecting the longer production process and the number of stages involved.

Complete Illustrations in Two Days — Created Through Live Illustration
An illustration or drawing video can also be produced quickly through live illustration. In this case, we set aside more time to work together, and the drawing is completed in a single day at the client’s premises. I’ll come to your workplace, and we’ll start with a joint planning session. I’ll create sketches for you to review and complete the final image on the same day.
Any digital editing of the illustration will be completed on the next available working day.

I began creating drawing videos in 2011, when this format was still relatively new in Finland. My first videos were drawn by hand with pen and paper — a technique that remains my favourite, even though it often requires considerable time.
